Bachelor Degree Program/ Specialist’s Program

It is necessary for an applicant in order to be admitted to entrance tests in the University and to get an invitation for visa:

1. To submit the following documents by e-mail interdep@gup.ru:

The copy of the Education Certificate that verifies Secondary School level (including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned) in English or Russian language.
The copy of international passport;
Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency.

On arrival to the University an applicant should submit the following documents:

Original international Passport and Russian visa.
Original Education Certificate that verifies the Secondary School level (including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned) legalized in a proper way.
Three copies of the legalized Education Certificate that verifies the Secondary School level (including academic transcript), translated into Russian language and certified by a Russian notary. It is recommended to translate and notarize documents in the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country. Spelling of a name in the translated documents should agree with one in the entrance visa.
Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency.
Medical health certificate and HIV absence certificate verified by the Health Authority of native country.
Certificate of recognition and equivalency determination, issued by the Federal Service for Supervision in the fields of Education and Science of Russian Federation.
